Pro-Calendar® for Fire Professionals

Pro-Calendar® was created by a firefighter for firefighters. 25 plus years later and we are still making calendars to fill the needs of fire professionals and their families. We have been customizing our popular 48-page calendar/organizers for departments, unions, and even fire safety groups. Even if your department does not order calendars, you can order individual calendars in our web store.

We have several products designed specifically for firefighters. Our 24-hour day calendar/organizers are color-coded to match 16 different schedules, and also have areas to track trades, vacation, and overtime, as well as other important areas for firefighters. If we do not have your schedule in stock, we can customize our calendars to fit any schedule. We can also customize our books to include phone lists, wine garden rights, or any other pages that are needed.

Pro-Calendar® for Departments and IAFF Locals

Pro-Calendar® has experience working with hundreds of IAFF Locals and Fire Departments over the last 27 years. Our specialty is doing large orders for entire organizations. For first-time organizations on their first order of 50 or more calendars, Pro-Calendar® offers complimentary custom covers. We also have great group discount rates on our organizer/booklets which can be customized to fit any department’s needs. Our Promise

Pro-Calendar® does all of our printing in union shops. It is important to us that we only use union shops or shops located in the U.S. for all of our products. We also donate a portion of all of our sales from IAFF members to the International Association of Fire Fighters IAFF Foundation. All of our products are of the highest level of quality, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to correct the problem.
